Finlay Heavy-Duty Screens
The Terex® Finlay range of tracked heavy duty screens are versatile and efficient machines that can be operated in a wide range of primary and secondary screening applications. This range of machines offer operators great flexibility with the capability to select from a range of media options including abrasion resistant  punched plate, bofor bars, tines and a selection of heavy duty mesh sizes.
Finlay 883 Heavy-Duty Screen

The fourth generation Terex Finlay 883+ has been developed as a high capacity and versatile heavy duty scalper to work in primary and secondary screening applications such as quarry and mining, iron ore, construction demolition waste, sand, gravel, compost, top soil and coal.

The plant has the capacity to process at a rate of up to 600 tonnes per hour and can be fed either by a tracked mobile crusher, shovel or an excavator. The machine is available with dual power technology giving flexibility to be powered by an external power supply or the standard on-board engine.

Features:

  • Modular configuration screen box with 4.8m x 1.5m (16’x 5’) top deck and 4.8m x 1.5m (16’ x 5’) bottom deck screen.
  • Each on board discharge conveyor is powered by a separate hydraulic circuit as standard.
  • Width of fines conveyor is now 900mm (36”) as standard.
  • The banana profile and increased area of the new bottom deck maximizes screening of fines material.
  • Screen box discharge end can be hydraulically raised 500mm to facilitate efficient and easy media access and changing.
  • Fully reversible side conveyors as standard, which offers ultimate flexibility to the customer depending on their specific requirements.

Finlay 863 Heavy-Duty Screen

The Terex® Finlay 863 mobile screening plant is a compact and aggressive forward facing screen. This flexible and mobile plant can work in aggregates, sand and gravel, top soil, construction demolition and recycling applications where site space is at a premium. The fully self-contained plant can be hydraulically folded and ready for transport in less than an hour making it the ideal machine for contract screening. The plant has the capacity to process at a rate of up to 250 tonnes per hour and can be fed either by a tracked mobile crusher or an excavator.

Features:

  • Aggressive screen box can accept bofor bars, screenharps, woven mesh, punch plate and cascade fingers.
  • Screen box angle can be hydraulically adjusted to an angle between 14º to 18º.
  • Screen box discharge end can be hydraulically raised 500mm to facilitate efficient and easy media access and changing.
  • Oversize conveyor angle can be hydraulically adjusted from 15º to 24º
