We’ll provide on-site expertise to get things done quickly and effectively. High Ground’s Factory-Trained Technician comes to you, and works with your staff to complete maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.

Do It Myself

We’ll provide technical support, diagnostic assistance, and access to all technical information on-demand by phone. A one-time initial site visit and equipment assessment report recommended.

High Ground Equipment’s facility located in Plaistow, NH is just 45 minutes north of Boston and 30 minutes from the Maine border.

Our close proximity to the Terex manufacturing factory and parts warehouse in Newton, NH provides access to the world’s largest supply of replacement parts and a staff of engineers and technical experts to complement our own. When a customer is in need of parts or services, a High Ground Support Specialist is assigned to ensure prompt attention, quality execution, tracking, and follow-up. When there’s a problem, we respond quickly to get our customer’s machine back in operation.
