WAREHOUSE, PARTS & FACILITY SUPPORT SPECIALIST

ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIAL PROCESSING (Crushing, Screening, Wood-Grinding, Shredding, Vegetation & Tree Care Machinery)

Location: Plaistow, NH

At High Ground Equipment, we sell and support Environmental Material Processing Equipment—the heavy-duty machines that power industries like construction, recycling, forestry, and aggregate processing. Our equipment includes crushers, screeners, grinders, shredders, tree care and vegetation management machinery from top-tier brands. From our facility in Plaistow, NH, we provide equipment rentals, sales, and comprehensive parts and service support to customers across New England.

We are seeking a WAREHOUSE, PARTS & FACILITY SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage yard operations, support our parts inventory and sales system, and oversee machine readiness status at our facility. You’ll receive training and becoming the “anchor” of our Plaistow facility.

What You’ll Do

  • Organize, maintain, and manage yard activity and equipment display.
  • Oversee physical parts inventory, storage, and distribution, ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Manage parts sales for customer pickups and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain equipment and facility organization, ensuring a professional, clean, and safe work environment.
  • Occasionally travel (using a company-provided vehicle) to support operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to self-manage effectively.
  • Ability to maintain professional communication with customers, coworkers, and manufacturers.

Preferred:

  • Experience with equipment, automotive, parts sale and inventory management.
  • Post-secondary mechanic training (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Rate: $25/hr
  • Bonus Pay: Additional performance and productivity incentives.
  • Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, ongoing training.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time, on-site in Plaistow, NH.

Heavy Equipment Sales and Business Development Manager (Eastern MA / RI Territory) Location: Eastern Massachusetts & Rhode Island (Hybrid Remote – Travel Required) Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)

At High Ground Equipment, we sell and support Environmental Material Processing Equipment — the heavy-duty machinery that powers industries like construction, recycling, forestry, demolition, aggregate processing, and land clearing. Our product lineup includes crushers, screeners, grinders, shredders, and vegetation management equipment from leading manufacturers.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the heavy equipment industry, knows how to build relationships in the field, and wants the freedom to run a territory like their own business while being backed by a strong team and premium equipment lines.

You’ll work directly with contractors, recycling operations, tree care companies, site developers, and material processors throughout Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow the Eastern MA / RI territory by developing new business and expanding existing accounts
  • Leverage your industry relationships and field knowledge to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Conduct regular job site visits to assess customer needs, perform equipment demos, and recommend solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals with business owners, operations managers, and project leaders
  • Represent premium equipment brands including Terex-Finlay, CBI, Ecotec, and Green-Tec
  • Work directly with High Ground Equipment’s President to help shape territory strategy and growth
  • Maintain a disciplined and organized sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
  • Coordinate with internal parts, service, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer support
  • Travel throughout Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island to stay closely connected with customers and active projects

 

Who You Are

  • You live within the Eastern Massachusetts or Rhode Island territory
  • You have experience in heavy equipment sales, construction equipment, environmental equipment, or industrial B2B sales
  • You understand relationship-driven sales and know how to earn trust in the field
  • You are comfortable discussing technical equipment applications and conducting machine demonstrations
  • You are self-motivated, competitive, and capable of managing your own schedule and territory
  • You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and accountability
  • You are organized and disciplined in managing leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
  • Earning Potential: $100,000 – $250,000+ annually
