HEAVY EQUIPMENT SALES - ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIAL PROCESSING (Crushing, Screening, Wood-Grinding, Shredding, Vegetation & Tree Care Machinery)

Are you interested in a sales/sales management opportunity with a fast-growing company? You will work primarily on the road from your home base, travel within your area, and manage your priorities. You must be a self-starter.

High Ground Equipment is the area exclusive Dealer for Terex-Finlay (Crushers and Screeners), Terex-CBI (Grinders and Chippers), Terex-Ecotec (Shredders and Trommels), and Green-tec Tree Care Machinery. We provide equipment rentals and sales as well parts and service support for all our product lines. Currently serving 200+ existing New England customers. Our main facility is located in Plaistow, NH.

We are looking for a Crushing & Screening / Material Processing professional with experience – or with the skills and desire to learn the business. You’ll get comprehensive training on the products and have ongoing direct access to manufacturer training support resources.

Prior experience and familiarity with equipment/machine sales, are helpful but are not required. We will provide training and ongoing real-time support. You’ll manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers. Your primary territory will be the State of Massachusetts. A residence in Massachusetts is preferred. You’ll mostly travel to customers from your residence.

Compensation will include a base level of salary – plus commission. Income expectations will be $100,000 – $150,000. Through the early stages of business development, you’ll receive guaranteed earnings worthy of a professional effort. Expense reimbursement for business expenses – including fuel and company vehicle or vehicle allowance. Includes paid vacation, and participation in health insurance benefits program.

High Ground Equipment is a distributor for Finlay (Crushers and Screeners), CBI (Grinders and Chippers), Ecotec (Shredders and Trommels), and Terex Green-Tec (Vegetation and Tree Care Solutions). We provide equipment sales, rentals, parts, and service support for all our product lines. Currently serving 300+ existing New England customers.

Qualifications:

A commitment to providing a prompt response with follow-through and a commitment to quality service
Computer, math, written, and verbal communication skills
Understanding and appreciation for safety policies, and sound environmental practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Experience:
